What is the difference between total vs unique?

Total clicks or views count every interaction, even if it's from the same person multiple times. Unique counts only one interaction per individual user. A visitor returning to your stack would count as multiple totals but one unique.

Is click rate calculated from unique or total clicks?

Click rate is calculated using unique clicks divided by unique views. If 5 unique users view one of your stacks and 2 of them click an affiliate link (or multiple links), your click rate would be 40%.

Whats the difference between the click rate in the "Key Metrics" section vs the "Supplement Activity" section?

The "Key Metrics" click rate reflects the overall performance of all affiliate links in your stack, while the "Supplement Activity" click rate is specific to each individual supplement within that stack.
